Whoever has the highest score wins the round (if both players have the same score then it's a tie). The dealer draws cards until their total score is at least seventeen points or higher. If they decide to stay with their current cards then it will be the dealer's turn. If the player goes over twenty-one points they lose automatically. The player can then choose to draw another card or stay with those already in hand. The goal is to reach twenty-one points without going over.
